These Terms of Service govern your use of the edit. website and services. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who we are
the edit. is operated by The Edit Health LLC, a Texas limited liability company functioning as a management services organization (MSO). The Edit Health LLC does not practice medicine. Clinical care is provided by independent, licensed medical providers (including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants) at an affiliated medical practice, Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, who hold sole authority over all medical decisions and prescribing.
What this site is
This site describes our clinician-led longevity practice and lets you begin care. Membership is subject to clinical eligibility and is not guaranteed. The site itself does not provide medical advice, diagnose any condition, or prescribe any treatment.
The membership application
By submitting an application, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into this agreement.
- You are a resident of the United States.
- The information you provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- You understand that submission does not create a doctor-patient relationship and is not a guarantee of acceptance.
- You consent to receive communications from us about your application.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or remove any application at our discretion.
No medical advice
Information on this site (including descriptions of our protocol and clinical processes) is informational only. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional. Do not start, stop, or change any medical regimen based on what you read here. If you have a medical concern, consult a licensed medical provider.
Use of this website does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. No provider-patient relationship is created by browsing the site, submitting a membership application, or communicating with us before you have signed the Membership Agreement, Informed Consent, and Telehealth Consent that will govern clinical care.

Third-party pharmacies and manufacturers
Prescription products are compounded and dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies, including our partner pharmacy VialsRX (6220 Westpark Dr, Houston, TX 77057; (713) 497-5590; vials.ai), and source ingredients are supplied by third-party manufacturers. Services are available in all 50 US states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements. The Edit is not a pharmacy and is not a drug manufacturer. We do not assume liability for product defects, manufacturing errors, or adverse reactions arising from third-party products. Members will be asked to report any product issue or adverse reaction to us promptly so we can coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy and prescribing provider. This paragraph describes how product fulfillment works and does not itself create any clinical relationship under this website.
State availability and jurisdictional notice
Services are available only in jurisdictions where affiliated medical providers are licensed to practice and where pharmacy partners are authorized to dispense medications. Availability may vary by state and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and licensure requirements. Certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations and dispensing restrictions.
Cancellation and refunds
Membership, billing, cancellation, and refund terms are described in our Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, pharmacy or laboratory outages, internet or vendor outages, regulatory changes, or acts of any government or regulatory authority.
What the membership will cover
Members receive clinical care from licensed medical providers in their state, dispensed by licensed compounding pharmacies. The protocol, pricing, and inclusions will be governed by a separate Membership Agreement that members must accept before any clinical care begins. Nothing on the public website constitutes that agreement.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Submit applications using false information, another person's identity, or automated tools.
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the site, our systems, or our vendors' systems.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the site at scale.
- Use the site in any way that violates U.S. federal or state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and applicable state pharmacy and telehealth statutes.
- Republish content from the site without our written permission.
Intellectual property
"the edit.," the wordmark, the brand system, the protocol descriptions, and the site's content are owned by The Edit Health LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Limited fair use for personal, non-commercial review is permitted.
Communications
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us about your application, by your selected channel (email, phone, or text). Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or by emailing hello@theedithealth.com.
Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Edit Health LLC, the affiliated medical practice, our officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any related communication. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of this website (separate from any future Membership Agreement) shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Edit Health LLC and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active applicants and members, and posted at the top of this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
