Canceling, billing, and refunds.
This policy explains how membership billing, cancellation, and refunds work. The terms below apply once you have accepted a Membership Agreement and clinical services begin.
Getting started
Getting started is free. There is no charge or card on file to begin. You may contact us at hello@theedithealth.com at any time to remove your information.
Membership cancellation
When clinical services begin, membership is billed on the cadence shown at checkout (for example, monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual). You may cancel your membership at any time from your patient portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current billing period, and you retain access to membership benefits through that date. We do not pro-rate or refund the portion of a billing period already begun, except where required by law.
Prescriptions and treatments
Prescription products are compounded and dispensed to order by independent licensed pharmacies. Because these products are made specifically for you, medications that have been compounded, dispensed, or shipped are non-refundable. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy on a replacement or other resolution.
Visit and consultation fees
Fees for medical visits and consultations are non-refundable once the visit has occurred, because they pay for clinician time and a completed clinical service. If a visit has not yet taken place, any prepaid visit fee may be refunded or applied to a future visit.
How to cancel
To cancel a membership or ask about a refund, message us through your patient portal or email hello@theedithealth.com. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.
Governing agreement
The specifics of your membership, including pricing, billing cadence, cancellation, and refund eligibility, are governed by the Membership Agreement you accept before clinical care begins. Where this policy and that agreement differ, the Membership Agreement controls. Nothing on this public website constitutes that agreement or a binding offer of any specific refund.
Changes
We may update this policy as the practice evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members and posted at the top of this page with a revised effective date.
