NAD+ and healthy aging: what it is and how a supervised protocol works

What NAD+ actually is

It is worth being precise here. Lower NAD+ is a well-described feature of aging tissue. That is not the same as saying low NAD+ causes aging, or that raising it turns aging around. The honest framing is that NAD+ is one measurable part of a much larger and still incompletely understood picture.
